@PuffPuffPass Yes, you can still use it now - there is no bud formation and not even many pistils.

 

Pyrol alone should suffice to be honest and I know of people who have used pyrol during flower even.

Neem you may want to be more cautious of when using it though, preferably not during flower.

At least the brand I use. Nurseries should stock it, perhaps even builders. Various online grow stores as well.

That is 100% thrips yo... I would fucken know lol. 

I can spot a thrip from half a tent away my bru. 

Luckily the same treatment @PsyCLownsuggested is the way to go....... To control them.

Not eliminate them. 

For that you need a new house, or some predator mites that eat them. 

Kopperts have all the goodies you need for any pest really.

I got rid of the thrips you gave me with a mixture of Pyrol & Neem... I think I only did one or two sprays and never saw a thrip again.
