Pyrol alone should suffice to be honest and I know of people who have used pyrol during flower even. Neem you may want to be more cautious of when using it though, preferably not during flower. This is what Pyrol looks like: At least the brand I use. Nurseries should stock it, perhaps even builders. Luckily the same treatment @PsyCLownsuggested is the way to go....... To control them. Not eliminate them. For that you need a new house, or some predator mites that eat them.
