Sudden dry spots appearance, please help.

A few days ago I noticed one or two small discoloured spots, which got worse by the minute, until there was quite alot of dry crispy spots and tips. Luckily it stopped increasing/spreading and is just fixed, at the moment. 

Keep in mind that it is only a small indoor grow, more as a hobby, and my LED grow light is about 20W. I've also been giving her RO water. She showed pistils a day before the spots appeared. 

So, I would like to know if there are any suggestions as to why the spots are appearing?

What medium are you growing in? What kinda feeding regime have you been following of late?

What LED light are you using to grow and how far away is it from the plant.

What medium are you using? Is it soil or coco and which one?

Are you feeding it any nutrients, or literally just plain water?

Do you PH your water / feed?

Have you sprayed anything on your plants or gotten the leaves wet with water / nutrient mix?

To me, it appears he is watering only at the stem, and some roots are probably bone dry on the edges of the pot. An observation only...

Looks very similar to wind damage. That indoor plant spent any time outside perhaps?
