I agree with you in regards to cutting the pot. If you put the stem between you fingers and rest your palm ion the surface of the substrate,  you can usually slip the root mass out of the pot with minimal stress using a little up and down shake.

Looking at the pistils again and I've realized you are not actually that far into flower either, my apologies... However, potting up almost always comes with a decent amount of stress.

I may be wrong but the way I understand it, when the plant is in flowering mode it focuses more on the buds than roots so I don't think you need to put in another pot, a few roots at the bottom is fine. As mentioned above rather water less more offen and check PH. Do you feed the soil microbes?

Thanks for all the input guys.

So, I feed using biobizz grow and now I'm using the bloom. The last feed I used 0.5ml grow per litre and 1ml bloom per litre. I'll only be using the bloom going forward.

I'll get the cheaper yellow pen at takealot now and see how that works.

Maybe before I try to repot I should just try to check my ph.

You should be fine, I do not use a ph pen anymore and will not need one going forward,  but that soil is well rounded and that normally means quite warm, could be a tell tale for those clawing leaves. I would suggest if you potting up, new roots will find it difficult to get into that soil. Maybe a lighter mix if possible, besides you are feeding flowing mix going forward? I would feed every 3rd watering in that soil, so once a week.

I've ordered the cheap yellow pen now. Raised my lights about 5cm and readjusted fans. Also ordered a second thermometer because the one I have is all over the place.

I'll adjust my feeding too. I hope all of this helps.

The slurricane will be repotted into a 20litre fabric pot. But she still has some time to go before she gets flipped.

Il still recommend using microbes, Jamie's has CMC (cannabis Microbe consortium), it just help adding in once a week. When microbes are bountiful they sort out the pH also

Hey man, saw the thread title and I thought I'd share.

I just banged out about 146g off an auto in a 10L smart pot. She grew a our 113cm above soil and developed some thick buds.

The strain was Deimos

12 x 240W LED Grow lights, as new, for sale.
6 are with wooden frame and 6 are with aluminum frame.
Wooden frame is more expensive but if you buy the lot then price will be the same for all.

      Hello growers
I would love to have an opinion on this topic. Let me update you on what I have been working with. I have a one plant indoor grow inside a 80cm x 80cm grow tent. I use a 40l fabric pot with both Orgasoilux and Freedom farms soil (green bag). The bottom half I use Orgasoilux(20l) and the top half I use Freedom farms soil(20l). Throughout veg all I give the plant is Biodyne Environoc 401 (microbes), Molasses and water. This results in an extremely healthy plant.
Once I flip to flower I start using organic bottled nutrients. In the past I have used Biobizz Bio-bloom, and more recently I have used Dirty hands inc - Bio-Phos (Jamie's brand). I give 3ml Bio-Phos once a week early flower and up it to 5ml every week mid to late flower. Plus a molasses feeding every 2 weeks and stopped using Biodyne microbes 1 week into flower.
I was thinking about completely ditching bottled nutrients and going the topdressing route for flower. I was thinking of maybe topdressing a week before the flip with Jamie's elemental blend. I am just worried if it will provide enough for the plants through to harvest. I was also thinking of maybe using my own topdressing blend of Dry kelp, Gypsum, Malted Barley and Worm Castings. Would love an opinion on switching to topdressing for flower and if the elemental blend should be more than enough to take me to harvest. If you think I should just stick to bottled nutrients for flower let me know. I am going to include photo's of my 2 previous grows using the method I have stated above. Just trying to get the best quality flower possible :)
      Some thoughts of mine...…
      Topdressing vs Liquid Nutrients?
Biobizz Bio-Bloom vs Dirty Hands Inc Bio-Phos?
One topdressing enough 1 week before flip?
Elemental Blend or my own flowering mix?
