Brah tell me about it I'm not about to smoke leaves so she better put on some meat soon Ok so for the hydro side, nothing really special actually but running auto pots, will be running 15L pots for synthetic and 20L pots with valve 5 for organics. I actually started my growing journey with dwc so... you can quickly understand why I gave up on it quickly but that was a long time ago tho. Now because of our loadshedding stories I kinda ruled out DWC and decided to go with the autopots, from what Ive read and seen they seem to get the job done pretty well aslong as you keep your systems clean and do your maintenance. Thank you appreciate it , No white flies at all, actually this grow has been the easiest grow in terms of keeping my IPM in check. Did run into fungus gnats at the start of the grow but haven't had any other issues. Think maybe I ll give her some extra weeks to Fatten up Edited June 8, 2021 by Marzcanna
Marzcanna
So I had a look at the trichomes and it seems like she might still have a week or 2 to go any thoughts?

Marzcanna
What's happing growmies, not much to report except this is the final week before the ladies get the chop 🗡 I have changed my light schedule down to 6/18 from the start of the week (testing a theory that 6/18 can produce more trichomes by tricking the plant into thinking its close to dying) will also follow up with 3 days of complete darkness... So Just a couple of bud shots, will have a more decent update of the ladies once we harvest Blue Dream: Aurora: PPP:
Marzcanna
Quick & short update, ladies been harvested within a period of 2 days mostly due to lazyness to trim. Plants were wet trimmed and hang to dry at a target of 16C & 60% RH I'm glad it's winter because it's easy for me to keep those temps constantly though out the day and will probly aim for a 2 week dry before moving to the curing process. Night Readings: Day Readings: I have also taken a couple of pop corn bud and have gone through the process of Sublimation Cure (said to be one of the best methods) . Make sure to check my other post on Sublimation Cure where I will update it with the results Sublimation-Cure Nothing else for now. Next update, I ll be posting final results aswel as cured nugs and smoke report Blue Dream (coco) and Blue Dream (Soil) Edited June 27, 2021 by Marzcanna
Marzcanna
Update : ALRIGHT ALRIGHT ALRIIIGHT *KEVIN HART VOICE* the buds have been hang drying for about 10 days and today I decided to give them their final trim and into the jars they go. I did do a smoke test with anther 3 grow buddies of mine and apparently they say it's been one of the tastiest buds theyve tasted, they could be saying that just because of being my buddies but I will say terpene profile on this harvest has been on point. Recap: At the start of this grow I went out to test some burble lights & do a side by side run of organic soil and organic coco Verdict: Throw away the burples and get yourself something serious. Burple lights are good for seedlings and even tho they will push you through harvest, the yields are far less than throwing in a QB instead. Lights lights and lights above anything else. You can save a few bucks on some equipment but not with lights, they impact your final yield tremendously. Soil vs coco? Well I will always go with Coco, there's already a few topics you will find here stating the benefits of coco so I will not mention it here, but in terms of quality both the organic soil and coco provided the same results. It really comes down to what you prefer and what suits you. Now only thing left is to do a smoke report which I will in 2 weeks after some curing time and also will update results on my other cure (Sublimation Cure) And with that said I think we can conclude this grow diary complete. I'm already setting up my equipment for my next run, will be doing autopots and coco, both organic and synthetic using some of Nirvanas THC powerhouses Thanx to everyone who's followed along as well as those who just come to peep. I ll leave you with some pics of the final product Edited July 1, 2021 by Marzcanna
Marzcanna
Someone asked me what was the dry weight on this harvest and I honestly didn't even bother weighing it out or even mentioning it on my last post because it was a really small harvest this time around, but for anyone who was curious it was 264g
Marzcanna
Good day growmies. Thought I'd end this diary with a few compiled pics of this grow from the time I neglected the seedlings until harvest. I'm also well into my next grow already and will be doing the diary for that one in the coming weeks, I ll be doing video documentary on it, aswel as the traditional diary so editing videos got me busy for now. Anyway here are the pics. Stay blessed and keep growing Veg: Flower: Nugs: Edited July 19, 2021 by Marzcanna 7
