Although the process is apparently long and arduous. The Dagga Party have been passing on this prescription application form recently so I decided to place it up for download. Is this form to become say someone who would be legally allowed to sell cannabis oil to those who need it or does the medical practitioner you miraculously come across willing to sign this have to make his own oil ? 2. This will not allow you to smoke in public so why go through all the effort and pay to say smoke at home where you have been doing so for many a years ?
