I mix 3g of the KHCO2 and 2ml Jadam with 1L distilled water and spray only during darkness. how much you mix? Neem, even at half dose, turns my pistils brown and severely stunts flower production, the plant does nothing for atleast two weeks before I see any new growth, does this happen when your pistils turn brown from the KHCO2? 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I just cant get it to not burn the pistols, and then my plants are not happy. I also do my sprays at lights out, maybe that I spray as they go out, but doubt it, or the fans blowing on the wet pistols? I got 2 clip fans in each 1mx1m tent, one on floor level and one at canopy level. veg tent got a 10cm extract fan running on low, I turn her up on high RH days flower tent got a 15cm extract fan also running on low and only put her on full pump when RH is high moving enough air without causing wind damage and a religious IPM regime helps a lot and I think a huge contribution to a disease free grow is cleanliness. a deep room and equipment clean after every run like you in a medical facility, keep your hands and tools clean. if you ever see plants with PM around your house sort it out right away, if you work with plants a lot try to not visit your tents when not needed and shower or change clothes before visiting the tents as the chances of bringing in unwanted fungal or bacterial spores or even unwanted insects and shit in becomes much bigger if you around lots of plants all day. but yeah like you said PM is everywhere all the time so even if we don't work with plants or don't see it around the garden at all we have to prevent it from ever showing up by creating an unfavourable environment for it and that's gona be a different thing for everyone with some things staying the same for us all. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Frosted Apricot - last of her Blueberry Hashplant - last of her Chernobyl - kept clones Super Cheese - kept clones French Macaron - during the chop, kept clones This Frenchy plant is a reeeeaal stinker. and this is an understatement! I feel like a fat kid waiting for cake, the excitement is too much!! It's one of those smells you want in your house as a weed smoker, but anyone who comes over that doesn't smoke weed will be offended by the smell. can't stretch enough how badly this plant smells like bad body odor. you would have to explain the reason for the smell to some. Deeep cleaning tiiiime 1st take everything out the tent, dust down the passive vents on the outside where the dust collects. Remove the bug barrier from the inline fan, give it a good was with warm soap water. Remove the tent floor tray, give it a good wash with warm soapy water. Dust the inside of the tent out thoroughly. Once the tent floor tray is dry, put it back in the tent. Time to grab a few tools and take the fans apart. All plastic parts go in a nice soapy hotwater bath and gets a nice deep scrub. Fan motors, if you got a small dust blower / computor box cleaner / keyboard cleaner you can blow the dust out the fan motors. either way they will need a few drops of oil/lube. will help with longevity of your fans and save you money, time and headache. Once fans are good as new, put them back in the tent. Hopefully your bug barrier is dry by now, put it back over the inline fan intake. At this point everythings back in the tent, except for the light. This is when I switch on all the fans and I spray 3%H202 solution. I avoid spraying anywhere I can't wipe it down as the Peroxide will bleach or damage certain materials if left on there for too long. I make sure the tent walls are covered, before I close the tent I spray from the bottom upwards in the middle of the tent and aim at nothing so the fans can kinda blow it around and hopefully some of it gets sucked into the ducting. Wait about 10minutes, then wipe down the inside of the tent to avoid Peroxide damages. The light needs a good deep dusting on all corners and hard to reach places, as this is where unwanted pests will make their nests. Take a few earbuds, get in those areas, make sure theres no more dust. Hang the light back up and ready for the next run! wish the plants looked better, growth basically came to a complete stand still, they stopped feeding, soil stayed wet for a week did not like what I saw, did a runoff test, all the cheese plants had super low EC. waiting for soil to dry out so I can give them a nice elemental blend top dress with some mycos. they'll be good in no time thought they would be ready soon, but this is what you get for counting you chickens before they hatch, getting held back at least a week cause I wasn't paying close enough attention. this is how we learn previous batch hanging in the small storage wendy. we keep the wendy closed at all times so it's dark in there 24/7, only gets light when I open the door. sneaky peek at the Frenchy way at the back there 1 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Naughty.Psychonaut Posted August 12, 2022 Author Share Posted August 12, 2022 Final tally and bud shots, tried my best, but my photography skill is poor as shit first thing, no smoke report yet so I wont be going into much detail. for now it's all about looks and weight. can give a smell, but I have realised smell means nothing if you can't also taste what you smell. so will only get to that when I smoked them all, if anyone is interested. both the Blueberry Hashplant and the Frosted Apricot got dropped before this run, so this was the last of them two and both looking the best I ever got them to look. the Frosted Apricot looks and smells to be something different completely. just showing how big a difference there can be between a winter and a summer harvest and some other minor changes. starting off with the two that you guys wont see again, Blueberry Hashplant = 67g Frosted Apricot = 42g the next few will all be grown again Chernobyl = 68g Super Cheese = 53g French Macaron = 60g she's the clear star of the show, need to regrow her in the summer to see if I can get rid of some if the purple. don't like it, will see what tastes better. Life is just life-ing, been away from home a lot, couldn't have expected my plants to stay in the best shape Had one or two nights a week I would be able to pop in and see if everythings OK, so for about just under a month the plants were all basically just watered. picked up a few deficiencies and it seems one of the mothers got spider mites, first time for me in a loooooooong time. probably gona be a bit of a battle. I still have all the plants though, nothing died, nothing looking like I can't save it. I am home now, but from here on forward my life will be shifting a gear in terms of being preoccupied and not having much time for hobbies. However, this weekend I'll be home most of the time, gona focus on getting things up and running again. Some sad sights to see, but I'll be posting photos either tonight or tomorrow. Guys and girls, this is what it looks like when you neglect your plants for a while and believe me, I tried to make them look as pretty as I possibly can before the photo was taken. obviously one plant in the corner, Pineapple Chunk, still stressing hard. Flushed her, somehow her soil EC was sitting at 7.0, but she never showed stress with transplant, but now that she's "bigger" she's stressing about too much nutes.... What you guys think? Lockout? Root damage? 3 Super Cheese plants all got stripped of old dying leaves of which there where plenty, main branches selected, nodes stripped. Scrog net pulled down to open them up for shorter branches to come through. first time for me using mulch. sometimes it helps to see your situation from further away, cause had it not been for my negligence I would probably not have noticed how dead my "living soil" was... made some AACT with rainwater, wormcastings as a base, molasses, alfalfa for loads of enzymes and trace minerals, SST juice for more enzymes and trace minerals, the pulp was mixed into top layer of soil for even more enzymes and trace minerals and encouraging bacterial and fungal growth and since I added a buffet of food for fungi, just as a cherry on top of the cake, some more fungi, a heap of biocult. diluted it down 50/50 with more rain water. gave each plant like 500ml and then topdressed with hay. getting into watering less at a time, but more frequently, as my topsoil was dying while the bottom of the pot was still wet. can't have that. Also looking into the whole KNF thing? Who's into this stuff? So if you flushing in terms of a strategical move to lower the EC, that's fine. But unless the leaves are crisping up and the plant is visibly super unhappy, I would then only water 10% per time and then you should be getting some run off and also lowering the EC. But also waiting forever for the next watering, which is essential, you could find yourself digging a bottomless pit going this route. Try be very careful not to over water the specific plant. My biggest mistake is treating all the plants the same. That's lots of love you have given you plants, everything they will need for a long while I'm sure. If that plant is now super heavy after the flush and you wanting it to dry out a bit faster. My advise is to possibly remove the mulch from her for now. But anyway, we just growing some cannabis to relax the thoughts and tend to the adult use needs, doesn't need to be rocket science but it certainly can. Cool bro beans, keep at it.
