The Grass Baas
I somehow must have missed this thread. It looks suuuuuuper yummy though. I am in awe with the look for the 2.4m tent. So beautiful. What impresses me the most is the autopots and that you doing 18 plants harvesting 6 at a time. This is the real perpetual deal. I likey. It is very similar to my setup but because I really want to scrog I just use 1 strain at a time. Maybe 2. So with the box fans. I must admit I got alot of ideas from guys on the forum here especially the scrogs in 1.2m tents. I never knew temps and ventilation would change so much when I upgraded the flower tent. I struggled alot with humidity but also the temps were running above 30c. I almost died. But what I did which helped soooooo much is to get two more box fans. I have two hanging at the top exactly like yours but the other two are at opposite ends of the tent facing inward towards each other. So they will move air at the bottom of the plants. The reason they work so well is I put the backs of those fans against the intake holes at the bottom of the tent (the filtered ones) and because they are so nice and low they draw in alot of cool air from the room as the cool air sits at the bottom. This also kind of tske alot of pressure of the extractor. Now it does not have to pull and push air out. Those box fans help with the air coming in. Love this thread. Glad to be following it now and looking forward to seeing what pops out there. Every harvest will be a 6 pack.

Just gotta dial in those clones  I would have ideally liked to have planted 6 more some time now instead of having those 6 trays sitting empty. 1 hour ago, The Grass Baas said: I never knew temps and ventilation would change so much when I upgraded the flower tent. You can get away with a great ventilation and exhaust setup for a long time but it just takes one week of high humidity at the wrong time to just wreck your shit. Even now, my dehumidifier hasn't run in maybe 4 days because the RH outside has remained below 50%. This after it was running maybe for two weeks straight  but I am glad I have it now. 1 hour ago, The Grass Baas said: Every harvest will be a 6 pack. It's a fun little game trying to beat each harvest as I go. Look forward to seeing what that tent gives birth to every couple of weeks. Keep them clones coming!!!!!
Ill_Evan
Trimming day! Started early this morning and finished just after lunch. Caught some bud rot again but not nearly as much as the last batch. I'm sure I might have even lost this batch if I had not reduced the humidity when I did. If I never see bud rot again, that would be great. Managed to get a fat 3L jar worth this time around. Jirre I might have gotten another 1L worth if it wasn't for the bud rot. Tsek. I'll update in a few days on the dry weight.   9
Ill_Evan
Noticed a creeping issue in the flower tent. Usually after I transplant there is a slight fade just as the roots catch up, and after about a week the plant should bounce back strong and green. This has been exactly the case with the ZxP, but the Gorilla Zkittlez is due for the bounce back but seems to be fading further. I have given another top feed even though the reservoir has been on for a few days, I think the roots may be just slightly behind. Depending on how fast the reservoir drains I might top feed once more in a week. ZxP    Gorilla Zkittlez   8

Ill_Evan
I took a cheeky sample of the last batch so I went ahead and did a weigh-in. Coming in strong at 136g ZxP. I think I can get it to 200g per batch (6 plants). 7

The plants had no training either, so single cola only?

Ill_Evan
Update on the deficiency on the Gorilla Zkittlez. Three of them have bounced back well, two are still in the swing of bouncing back and one seems to be struggling just a bit, but yellowing has stopped progressing. I have given the three plants that are lagging another round of top feed. I think this will get the job done on the two, and I will just need to keep an eye on the one straggler.    9
Ill_Evan
The deficiency on all the Gorilla Zkittlez seems to have resolved. The whole tent is looking pretty good at the moment. We are in week 3 of flowering. Gorilla Zkittlez    Zkittlez x Purple Punch    ..and now, some bud pics for @John Stonedwell  these are from the previous ZxP harvest, cured now two weeks.    5

Ill_Evan
The KmintZ are looking powerful. Shouldn't be too long now before I put them into the flower tent. I am keeping the majority of the lower branches for now in preparation to take clones to line them up for the next one.  11
Ill_Evan
Today I am busy prepping the AutoPots for the KmintZ. While I was in the flower tent I noticed some PWM developing on some leaves of the Gorilla Zkittlez. It has literally been so long since I've had PWM that it caught me by some surprise. No PWM on the ZxP, which to me was initially strange because the ZxP is much bushier and to me it has better conditions to harbor PWM more easily, but then again the ZxP has never had PWM itself. It's a bit concerning for the Gorilla Zkittlez, I've removed any leaves that has any PWM but I'll probably give it another run through tonight. 3
Ill_Evan
Autopots and trays prepped and ready! Here is also a picture of how the roots grow into the airdomes for that good oxygen injection straight into the plant veins. I like to just about cover the airdomes with leca pebbles and then fill up with a 60/40 mix of leca pebbles and coco. I find this allows for very easy drainage for the aquavalves to cycle between feed and stop, but also allows for just enough moisture in the medium for the first week where I am still top feeding.   11
Ill_Evan
The Cannabis Lords continue to test me with the Gorilla Zkittlez I went into the flower tent for a good bit and wiped any spots of PWM with a paper towel and a mixture of 1 parts milk and 3 parts water, both the tops and bottoms of any affected leaves. I am 95% sure I've gotten the worst of it. Then guess who I find chilling under some leaves, some fokin thrips babies having a lekker chow. It was one of few leaves that had them, so it's early. I then gave all the Gorilla Zkittlez a misting of Spinosad, tops and bottoms of the plants, while they are still in early flower. That should execute the pests for the most part. Then I turn around, and not a single care is being given by any of the ZxP. They are all just styling, chilling, asking howzit. No mildew, no pests. I'm starting to think some plants are not as equal as others Lesson of the story, check your plants, fix things early.

You then split from each of the splits another 3 ways. Then you got your 18 outlets (for my setup). 1
