Noob1903
Hi guys Hope everyone is healthy & happy Does anybody have an idea of how serious it is to switch between the “Hard Water” and “Soft water” variants on the TA Micro? I recently ordered some nutes online and see I ordered the Soft Water version. I don’t actually know what our local water’s hardness is (based in Jhb if anyone else has done the exercise) Any thoughts? Don't worry, you got the right one Hard water version is for if you are at the coast, or use minerally rich water such as from a bore hole.
Noob1903
Ok, that’s great thanks I still have 40L of a water mix containing Hard Micro, and am about half way into flower. Should I chuck that and make new?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
PsyCLown
Nah, if you have the hard micro continue to use it - if possible try add a bit of extra calcium though. Calcium edta if possible, otherwise calmag could work too but contains high amount of nitrogen.

Dookie69
A simple easy to check if you water is hard or soft, is if your soap lathers easily or not. Easy = Soft water.
