Without additional information it could be either heat stress of overwatering.

This is my poor baby an outdoor grow with a once every 3 days watering cycle I did now recently give it more water as we had 3 hot days and the plant seemed to be stressed so I gave it more water I have also given it fish emulsion around 2 weeks ago. Other than that it's my first grow and so sad to see this

Last Pics are low on water, you see the mains hanging, osmotic pressure is rock bottom.

To Grant's plant... if you unroll those leave and find no parasites... most likely heavy heat stress. Keep the moisture up for them to cool them self.

looks like underwater, had some hot days recently and will continue, maybe watering every 2nd day?

how often are you feeding the fish emulsion, feeding any nitrogen?

The thing that I'm worried about is that all the new growth is deformed however the other leaves look good, I'll water more often, what could I use to supply the plant with Nitrogen
