CG420za
Awe guys, I've been kak busy today. Check my new possie. 190 x 60 x 60 87cfm axial fan 2 x Cree 36v CXB3590 LED cobs with active cooling. The LEDs are running at 50w each for now. This build is lekker stealthy, it locks, the fan is alot more quiet now because it's hanging from the ducting and not fixed to the cab. If I put a box over the ducting outside for scrubbing, it'll be quiet enough to come inside. Now all I need is for these KAK seeds from GSR to germinate

Sacred Seeds
Wow!!! What a build! It looks really nice, well done! You've got skill bru :thumbups Only my one autoflower from GSR survived and it seems weak. I wont be using GSR again. Just waiting for my order from Bonza right now. I'm holding thumbs that your seeds see the light of day! In that cab it should do well!
CG420za
Shot guys. Thank you. I've given up on the seeds from GSR. 3 Northern Light and 1 Trainwreck failures. They didn't even germinate. All the bag seeds popped though. Such a bummer, coz I still have 3 more seeds from them. Peppermint Kush, Exodus Haze and Dr Grinspoon. No bucks for seeds right now. October is a rough month on my pocket.
420SA
Fantastic looking build CK! Hope it serves you well! How are you germinating the seeds?
CG420za
Thanks @420SA. 24 hours in a shot glass with water, if they've sunken, I move them into moist paper towels until they germinate. It can't be my technique coz the hobos popped every time. I germ them together to compare.

CG420za
Yeah dude, that's correct
Guest alemo
So what you're saying is the bred genetics are lesser than your "hobos"? If all your bagseed germs but your bought genes don't, perhaps something else is wrong. Bagseeds tends to be resilient and fighters, after all they've come from a pretty harsh pool. (Excluding any fortunate mistakes, like ole dabz tranny gorrilla) So perhaps the sensitivity of bred genes, is indicative not of their weakness but your incorrect parameters? ajcapetown
If the bred seeds are from GSR then I'd say they aren't actually bred genes LOL, dunno where they get their shit from but they aren't well bred. Most of my seeds from GSR never even cracked and the one that did grew into a beautiful strong Male... Fem seeds..
CG420za
@alemo, I doubt the way they were stored would impact their survival. I keep my seeds in an airtight container in the fridge with a few of those silica sachets and then in another dark plastic tupperware. @420SA, I'm curious, I've noticed all my bought seeds are alot smaller and lighter in colour than all the bag seeds I've come across thus far. Also they don't have any sort of markings like the nomal bag seeds. Is that a common trait with bred feminized seeds?
cheese420
If I may throw my 2c in on your question....I wouldn't call it a common trait with fem seeds since many of the ones I have had look like healthy seeds similar to how those outdoor bagseeds look. I have received the more pale and lightish ones whch despite their size germinated just fine GSR's storage was probably shit and the seeds may have been old
CG420za
Shot @cheese420, yeah, mine are small and pale. I read somewhere that healthy seeds have markings on them. Anyways, I'll put it down to a bad buy.
Sacred Seeds
If the bred seeds are from GSR then I'd say they aren't actually bred genes LOL, dunno where they get their shit from but they aren't well bred. Most of my seeds from GSR never even cracked and the one that did grew into a beautiful strong Male... Fem seeds.. My 2 seeds were dark in colour but very small. One seed germinated but died shortly afterward. The other seed germinated but has very slow growth. I will never buy from GSR again. Once was enough. I'm hoping that my seeds from Bonza arrive safely.
Guest alemo
Silica as in that stuff that absorbs all moisture until saturated?
Dabtzar
Ditch the silica sachets and use rice rather. Isn't so aggressive with pulling moisture.. my2c Sent from my SM-A500FU using Tapatalk

Awe @budweizer, the forum has rules. Number 1 is that you introduce yourself. As far as the lights go, you can go to youtube and check out growmau5's channel. Everything you need to know is there. Trust me, you wanna check that out first. Goodluck bro
